Sure.We usually provide existing sample for free.But a little samplecharge for custom designs.Sample charge is refundable when order is upto certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL.If you have carrieraccount, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay thefreight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account.It takes about2-4 days to reach.
3.How long is the sample leadtime?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.They are free.If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the production leadtime?
It takes 30daysforMOQ.We have large production capacity, which canensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house.So you can provide JPG, A I, cdr orPDF, etc.We will make 3D drawing form old or printing screen for yourfinal confirmation based on technique.
6.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System.So you can just tellus thepantone color code you need.We will match the colors.Or we willrecommend some popular colors to you.

8.What is your payment term?
